You've got a piece of me (Closed)
Who: Lea and Isa (with a cameo by Xion later)
When: Early April, same as the intro log
Where: Around the Great Hall, probably.
What: Old friends reunite
Other: Isa's general intro will be in the intro post.
[To say that Isa wasn't thrilled to be brought somewhere against his will, and enrolled into a school he wanted nothing to do with was probably the understatement of the century.
However when he sees an all too familiar head of spiky red hair pass by in the crowd, whatever reservations Isa had were momentarily forgotten.
He turns to try and catch up with him.]
Lea? Hey Lea, wait!

Lea? Hey Lea, wait!

She had the shell in her pocket and had been heading to start hunting around for loose munny in the marketplace so she could buy ice creams for them later, when she heard Axel's voice. Smiling a bit, she headed that way, and was nearly in sight of him when she registered what he was saying. Someone turning into a jerk? No emotions but jealous? Her smile turned into a confused frown as she slowed. Who was he talking to, and why?
no subject
...I know. I'd... freak out, too.
[Certain casual turns of phrases seem so foreign when Isa says them these days.]
Of course you never forgot me, you wouldn't do that, I know that now.
But at the time... I think I didn't realize our friendship was falling apart until it was too late and it tore me apart.

But... why would Axel be talking to him? And... she didn't think Saïx could sound so.... she wasn't sure she even had words for it.
But she felt frozen. Why wasn't Axel convincing him to go away and then coming to warn her? She knew that Axel had to talk to him for missions and stuff like the rest of them, but this... didn't sound like that. She wasn't sure what it sounded like but... something about it had her wanting to charge in, summon her Keyblade and defend Axel... and at the same time had her wanting to run back to the beach and hide there until Saïx went away. If he couldn't find her, he couldn't order her around right? Couldn't make her into a dusk?
But she shouldn't leave Axel.
But Axel was never threatened about being made into a Dusk, and anyway... he had a heart now. Saïx had no power over him. Right? Right? If she ran... Axel would be safe, right? And find her later so they could plan how to get away...
Right?
no subject
Yeah. At first it was all according to plan, and then... it just seemed like the closer I felt to being my old self, the further away you got from it, and from me.
But since we're hopefully past that point where that'll be a problem... think we can maybe... get to putting our friendship back together?
[Lea tried for a hopeful smile.]

Why... why did her chest hurt? Her hand closed in her pocket around the shell for Roxas.

He takes a deep breath before continuing.]
Yes, Lea, I think we can. I missed being your bes-- your friend.
[He smiles back, it's hesitant, and slightly awkward, but it was sincere]
no subject
I missed you too, man.
[He sighed a moment later though.]
Now the only question is, how the heck am I going to explain the situation to Xion? For obvious reasons, she's both terrified of you and kinda hates your guts, at least as much as I think she's capable of hating anyone. Plus I... don't think I ever actually mentioned to her or Roxas that you and I used to be friends before... everything.
no subject
Pain. Why... why did everything hurt? Her hand closed more tightly around the shell in her pocket and it broke. Something else broke with it. She turned back the way she had come and fled, running as fast as she could.
She couldn't have said why or where she was going. The fear made sense at least, because fear was familiar around Saïx. But nothing else made sense. Nothing. So she was running, which also... made no sense.

She deserves to know the truth about us, don't try keeping it a secret, or anything, that'll only make it worse.

[And that was as far as he got before he saw the petite figure in a black coat tearing off across the courtyard and paled. Crap. Crap, CRAP CRAP. This couldn't be good. How long had she been listening?
Lea jumped to his feet.]
Xion, wait!
[Turning quickly to Isa.]
Well so much for that. I gotta try and catch her and fix this. We'll talk more later.
no subject
[He glances at the retreating figure of Xion.]
Hopefully she understands...
no subject
Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it...
[And with that, lea too was off and running, trying o catch up with his young friend.]
