There were many tall shelves in the library, which was definitely made for taller humans and not so much for small Duck people.

But it didn't seem to bother June too much. She was perfectly content to simply climb up to reach the top shelf in order to scan for the book she needed. At least she was light enough that there wasn't much of a risk of the shelves tipping over.
