She chuckled, then.

"Yes, and music is a safe way of drawing attention, the way things like pyrotechnics or fireworks or swordplay demonstrations aren't. Oh, sure, they're flashy and impressive, but it's hard not to have someone get hurt with stuff like that. And the liability insurance is usually through the roof...at least back home."
