Kuja probably would be just fine with only his tail. Unfortunately, he has Califleur. Unfortunately, he has a few more, since Isabel is not too far behind him, too, and her familiar isn't far from her. Kuja probably also wishes she would shut up, even more than he wishes Califleur would get lost. Because Isabel won't stop singing to herself.

"So come on, let's forget the emotion, tie the blinkers on. Hold both hands right over my eyes, deafen me with music!"

There's definitely some of her mother's influence in the song choice, but she really doesn't need to be singing. Yet. She's not actually using her bracelet. Just singing because she can.
