"But...you are a hero." Sophie replies as though the very idea of pretending not to be one is foreign to her, mostly because it is. Not out of glory-seeking or self-aggrandizement or anything so base and unknightly, it's just...heroes give people hope, and a sense of safety. An ideal to strive for. They're inspiring; people need heroes! "You fought that calamity dragon and that D-Dark Maimer guy. You saved...just about every world there is. That's all a good thing, isn't it?" It can't be all as bad as she's making out to be. "Besides, this is just school. Even if people did know you were a hero-which, again, you totally are, I've heard all the stories here-it's not like anyone's gonna expect you to go out and kill any dragons, right?" A pause, and then she looks alarmed again. "Are there dragons here?"
But it all just means that what Tyzias is saying is true; her mother didn't send her. She might not even know Sophie is gone yet, because of Deeprealm time nonsense. She really is stuck here, probably for awhile and her expression falls. "Oh no." She frets. "I was really hoping...I don't know how to do this." Magic? School? Both? It's not like she's ever had much experience with either.
