"Well, technically, you can have ice cream any time," Lea said. "When I was a kid, it was one of my life's goals to get my parents to let me have ice cream for breakfast. But you're right; sunset's not for a few hours yet, even this time of year."

"I more meant that ice cream probably shouldn't be the first thing you eat after waking up like that," he said. "It tends to be kind of heavy and won't do much to help you get your energy back long term."
